Sally Hansen Salon Effects in "love letter"

    This is one of my instagram pics, of Sally Hansen Salon Effects in "Love Letter".   I know I've said it before but these things are a pain in the butt to put on!  Filling down each sticker to fit your nail is nearly imposable.  But even with that said these look AWESOME! You just can't get this kind of detail if you hand paint your nails (well at least I can't).   They last about a week, which is usually when I will add a top coat to make them last longer (2wks) and it gives them a new shine.  I was also kind of surprised when I opened the box (these being my first set from Sally Hansen) they have that nail polish smell which all the other brands don't have.  Each box runs about $8.50 and comes with 16 nail polish strips that will do your nails twice.  I will be keeping an eye out to try some more from their newer designs.

My very first Ipsy bag! Yay!

    I have been with Birchbox now for 11 months.  I like the service but somethings its a hit or miss.  I really wanted more products to try.   I thought about adding another Birchbox, but I decided that because of the misses  I should try another monthly beauty service. April 2013 Birchbox

This months theme is "tiny tweaks, BIG results"

    Birchbox partnered with Women's Health magazine this month.  This box came on the 12th this month and slowly but surely it's getting here faster.  This box had a lot of extra paper/ cardboard this month, talk about a waste!  I have heard this allot from out Birchbox subscribers.  

    The sizes in this box are good but I don't think I will use much out of this box. The lip gloss is to RED for me, the hair elixir will not even do all of my hair and the perfume is just to strange for me.  So I guess I will try the wrinkle and I love the Simple eye roller already!

For lips and checks this color is fire engine RED (does not show well in picture)!  I pretty sure that this lip crayon is one you sharpen.  The swatch is very buttery soft but it smudges easily.  This item was full-size although the packaging seems to be cheaper.  Full-size $26.55

Nexxus, Youth Renewal Rejuvenating Elixir
Is stated to be anti-aging for your hair.  Boost shine and reduces breakage.  This sample is no use to me, with hair to my lower back this will not even do half of it! Lol. Maybe I'll do a small section of hair to see if I like it.  Full-size $20.99 (allot for a drug store hair product!)
