I am so excited to try out these new Ultra Palmolive Fresh Infusions the bottles are so cute!  The size of these bottle are also impressive. Instead of the normal 10 fl. oz. these bottles are an whopping 16 fl. oz.

The smells are Ginger White Tea (most excited about *Favorite flowery smell), Lemon Thyme and Lime Basil (shared this one with my mom, she loved the soft smell of it).  It also came with 5 coupons! I do not yet know how much they retail for but you can find them at Walmart and Target.

So I will update my review as soon as I have a chance to use them. Cant wait!

UPDATE- Love, love, love these bottles they are so pretty you can leave them on your counter. I do wish the smell was stronger so it would take over the kitchen but the flavor-smell that they come in are very nice.

October 2012 Birchbox

My Birchbox what late again!!

This month Birchbox teamed up with Goop and you had the choice of receiving the regular Birchbox or the Goop box.  I did not receive an email about the Goop box option, so I ended up with the regular box. But I have to say this month was a bad month for Birchbox. Everyone that I have seen do a reviews on there boxes have said that they hated there boxes and I myself am a little disappointed too. There was not one full size item and I don't drink tea. So on to the break down.

Went on opaque I two coats but I found it very hard to get a solid color without lines of the metallic showing up. I've only worn it once because its just to hard to work with.

Nail Polish Remover Trick!

          The best way to remove stubborn nail polish.  Cut ten 6 x 6 squares of foil.  Then cut ten cotton round disc in quarters and coat the cotton pieces with polish remover, place one piece on each of your finger nails.  Then wrap cotton round and fingernail in foil.  *Quick tip save your thumb and pointer fingers for last.*   Let sit for 15 to 20 min.  Then apply a little pressure on nail while removing both the foil and cotton pad all at once.
          There you have it the simplest nail polish removal ever! Fast, easy and no more hard scrubbing on those stubborn polishes such as the glitter polishes and dark reds.

Tip for brighter nails

Easy fast nail brightening trick.

          Make your nail brighter and whiter in minutes with this nail scrub.  After having nail polish for a week or so sometime your nails will get yellow or even be tinted by the nail polish color itself.  This trick is the best and fastest way to fix a simple problem.  Mix together equal parts baking soda and hydrogen peroxide into a paste.  Scrub paste mix into nails with a toothbrush. Rinse and repeat if necessary then dry and... instantly brighter nails!

Spoiled in the color My button fell off (pink) Nyc in the color French white tip (white) and L.A. Colors Art Deco in the color 24k glitter. 

I Started with a base of Spoiled in the color My button fell off and then used scotch tape to form a line then applied the Nyc in the color French white tip (two coast). Lastly I traced the line in L.A. Colors Art Deco in the color 24k glitter.

Influenster's new page!

Influenster has revamped them page!

  The website itself is much better, easier to understand and just plain fun to look at. But the downside they promised that all of you previous reviews, badges, surveys and extras where all kept and on the new page.  Well that's not the case! I put in allot of work into this program, in fact hours of work. Mostly because it was good for my blog, my friends and family love hearing about new things I've tried and they love hearing about the different box services I'm reviewing. But also who doesn't love getting to try out new products for FREE!  So the fact that all that time has been wasted and lost is very frustrating.  So what do I do I sit down to re-due all my info and hard work just to find out that now there are limits to how much you can do in one day (or one week I'm not quite sure). So now I'm on the fence to what I should do. I have sent in an email to see if they will fix the problem, but we will have to wait to see what happens (previous emails have gone completely unanswered!) .  But for the sake of such a good program I think I will wait and see if they can work the bugs out.

  Overall this is a great program to join! But if your already a part of it, its going to be a little rocky for a while.
